Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains how Midwest Molding Inc. (“Midwest Molding”, “we”) handles personal information collected through midwest-molding.com. Our Tennessee plant, Southeast Molding, has its own website, southeastmolding.com, which this policy does not cover.
Information we collect
What you send us. When you use our contact form or quote form, or email or call us, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address and message. If you choose, you may also give us your company, phone number and part or project details, plus any drawings or files you upload.
Job applications. If you apply for a job through our website, by email or by phone, we use what you send us, including any résumé, to consider you for employment.
Technical information. Our website host’s servers log IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. When you send a form, our form tool may also record the date, time and the page you sent it from.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and follow up on your project.
- To consider job applications.
- To keep a record of our business communications.
- To protect the website and our forms from spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We share it only with service providers that run our website and email for us, and only as needed for that work:
- our website host, Hostinger;
- Microsoft 365, which carries our email;
- Google, for fonts used on the site and the map on our Contact page.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may set cookies when it loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We do not track visitors across other websites, so the site does not behave differently when a browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries, quote requests and job applications only as long as we need them for the purposes above. If an inquiry becomes part of a customer relationship, we keep it as long as that business and our legal obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address below. If the law where you live gives you further rights, we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
