Injection molding for your industry

One process, tuned to each market

Our design-for-manufacturing (DFM) process adapts to the requirements of each industry we serve. Whatever the industry, we can take over molds from other suppliers, including work moved back from overseas to our plants in Ohio and Tennessee.

Automotive

Automotive injection molding

All types of molded parts and sub-assemblies for automotive programs, backed by robotic automation and inspection to dimensional and customer requirements: part-specific checking fixtures, vision systems and blue-light 3D scanners that compare parts with CAD.

Consumer products

Consumer product molding

Custom, high-quality, cost-competitive plastic parts and assemblies for consumer products, from 3D-printed prototype parts to full-scale production. Automation keeps every part consistent, and parts are assembled and packed to ship from Ohio and Tennessee.

Mold transfers & reshoring

Moving a mold from another supplier?

We take over existing tools from overseas and from other U.S. molders. Transferred molds are evaluated in our company-owned tool shop and are usually in production within a couple of weeks.
